Bevel and tempering in the order calculator, not technologist chat
Glass services missing from the quote — the shop does free or skips them.

A glass order rarely equals area. The client wants 15 mm bevel, two holes, tempering, sometimes edge polish. If the calculator only counts m², the gap is filled in chat. After three messages the "agreed" total matches neither price list nor shop.
Service is an order line
Bevel, tempering, holes, film, delivery — separate lines with quantity and price. Ad-hoc services ("trim on site," "surveyor visit") should not spawn fake cards in the service catalog. They live on the order and appear on quote, invoice, and act.
Comments for print, not only internal chat
"Do not tilt, edge to wall" must reach production and the client on the quote. Internal manager chat is different. Mixing them is dangerous: the master does not read CRM comments and the client should not see internal notes.
When to close an order without shop module
Not everyone enables production and PWA. If cutting is approved but shop module is off, the order should not hang in "planned for production" forever. Mark ready and complete without QR theater. Conversely, if shop is on, "issue" appears after readiness, not from draft.
List Master calculates glass with services in one calculator, prints order terms, and does not make the technologist a hidden price list.
