1. Data controller

This policy describes how the operator of list-master.ru and the cloud service list-master.ru/app (List Master, "we") processes personal data of marketing site visitors and SaaS users. The operator is a sole proprietor. Full legal details (name, tax IDs, address) are published in the site footer and on invoices after registration; until then, use the contacts page.

Processing complies with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and other applicable rules.

2. What we process

Site inquiries: name, phone, email, company name, industry, message text, referral source (UTM and similar).

Registration and account: contact details, country, tax IDs and company details you provide, account data, activity logs needed to run the service.

Payments: payment IDs, status, amount, purpose; we do not store card data — payment partners (Tochka Bank and other acquirers) handle that.

Your customers' and order data in the account are processed on your behalf as part of SaaS delivery; we do not use them for our own sales.

3. Purposes

Respond to inquiries; enter and perform the SaaS agreement; run the account, billing, notifications, and support; comply with law (including 152-FZ and tax rules); improve the service using anonymized statistics (if analytics is enabled).

4. Retention

Inquiry data is kept while follow-up is needed, then deleted or anonymized. Account data — while the agreement is active and for legally required accounting and dispute periods. Security logs — for a limited time sufficient to investigate incidents.

5. Processors

We share only what is necessary under confidentiality agreements with:

• hosting and infrastructure in the Russian Federation;
• email (outbound service messages);
• acquiring and bank account (Tochka Bank and other payment partners);
• support system (tickets you create);
• Sanity CMS receives only public marketing content, not inquiry or account personal data.

Inquiry and account personal data are stored on servers in the Russian Federation and are not sold to third parties.

6. Your rights

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and deletion, except where law requires retention without consent (contract, tax, dispute). Send requests to the contact email in the site footer. We respond within the timeframe required by 152-FZ.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing required by law or contract regardless of consent.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site may store technical cookies (session, language, referral attribution) and, if enabled, a web analytics counter. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser; some site features may work less well.
