Terms of Service

1. Subject

This offer is List Master's proposal (sole proprietor; details on invoices and the site after publication) to enter an agreement for the cloud sheet-material cutting and production management service (SaaS) under the selected plan.

Marketing site descriptions are informational and do not replace modules, limits, and prices shown in account billing.

2. Acceptance

Acceptance is registration at list-master.ru/app and/or payment of an issued invoice (card or bank transfer). By using the account after registration, you confirm you have read this offer, the privacy policy, and payment terms.

3. Service

The service is provided online within the modules included in your plan. We maintain account availability with normal SaaS care (monitoring, backups, bug fixes) but do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for your connectivity, devices, or software.

The trial period (14 days by default unless the account shows otherwise) grants access without payment. After the trial, access continues under a paid plan.

4. Payment

Your plan does not change until the invoice for the plan change is paid. There is no automatic card charge until you explicitly pay an invoice. Details: /legal/payment.

5. Your obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, materials, and other source data you enter; for cutting you run; for your staff's access; and for correspondence with your customers. You may not share the account outside your company, interfere with the service, or post unlawful content.

Cutting maps, pricing, and warehouse are tools. You decide to cut a sheet, release material, and issue documents to your customer.

6. Liability

We answer for our contractual obligations. If the service is unavailable substantially longer than reasonable due to our fault, your remedy is proportional extension of the paid period or refund of the unused portion per payment terms and law.

Each party's liability for monetary claims under this agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid for the period in which the dispute arose, except for intent or other grounds that law does not allow limiting.

We do not compensate lost profit from wrong source dimensions, your chosen cutting, your internet outage, or actions of your staff or customers. This is not zero liability: we fix service defects and remain obliged to deliver the paid service.

7. Restrictions and suspension

We may restrict access for offer violations, payment default after notice, security threats, or legal requirements. Data export on request within a reasonable time while technically possible.

8. Details and disputes

Operator details appear on invoices and the site. Disputes are resolved at the operator's registration location unless consumer protection law or mandatory rules require otherwise.
