Orders from messengers: don't lose sizes in chat
Chat on the manager's personal WhatsApp is a hole in CRM and cutting.

The client sends sash sizes in Telegram. The manager replies "ok, I'll quote tonight." By evening the chat scrolled, numbers got swapped, bevel forgotten. That is not "human factor." That is no channel in the same window as the order.
Personal phone is not a company channel
When the manager leaves, orders stay in their WhatsApp. Legally and practically that is risk. The channel must connect to the company: chat visible in the customer card, not in a pocket.
What should link to the order automatically
Text "1200 by 800, 8 mm temper" still becomes line items. But customer, channel, and thread should already be linked. The manager does not recreate a counterparty for every "hello." Ask for client email for documents once in the same window, not a separate "send details" email.
Status updates to the same place
"Your order is in cutting" in the last thread the manager remembers is a lottery. The client may have written from another number. Pick channels on the order: Telegram, WhatsApp, email — and send where the client has identity.
Documents as files
A quote as an Excel screenshot is embarrassing and unreadable on a phone. Invoice PDF in the same messenger where sizes were sent closes the loop. List Master keeps chat in the customer card and can send documents to chosen channels — without copying chat into "another CRM."
