Glass and mirrors
A glass shop doesn't count "rectangles" — it counts thickness, glass type, facet, tempering, and chip risk. List Master links the request, price list, cutting map, and offcut warehouse so a new sheet isn't opened while a usable offcut still fits.
Shop floor pains
The manager counts area while the technologist adds facet, holes, and tempering separately. The client gets one number in chat and another in the shop. In List Master, glass services are lines of the same order as the sheet.
Mirrors and tempered glass break on edges and when drilling. Without an offcut warehouse, the master opens a new sheet "just in case" and breakage disappears into waste.
Triplex and ultra-clear glass cost so much that one extra cut eats the order margin. A map with utilization percentage and offcut reserve pays off faster than "one more sheet from the supplier warehouse".
List Master prices glass, edge work, holes, and tempering from the price list, puts the request in CRM, and immediately suggests a cutting map. Offcuts stay in the warehouse with QR codes, and a calculation widget goes on the client's site.
